TERMS & CONDITIONS Shipping Policy For orders placed before 1:00PM EST:  If an item is in stock, it usually ships the following business day.  If an item is not in stock, please allow 4-7 business days for your custom item to be completed.  Saturday, Sunday, and Federal Holidays are not business days. If you select 'Customer Pickup at Store' as the shipping method, you have 30 days to pickup your item once you have received notification that your order has been completed. Please see our FAQ for a detailed description of how all of our fine, hand-made, wooden products are made.
