All of the fine, hand-made wooden products offered for sale on our website are made with high-quality components and careful craftsmanship. Our goal is to create products that, with a little care, can easily last for generations.
Why is my order going to take 4-7 days to ship?
Because many of our items are built to order, it may take up to 7 business days to complete an order.Finishes must be applied and allowed to dry completely before any hand-stenciling or hand-painted details can be applied. And, these details also take time to dry! Because of the pride and care that goes into every item we make, please allow us the time necessary to create your product!
Can I order something that I don't see on your website?
Certainly! If you would like a combination of finish/stencil/detail that you don't see, please call us. Or you may place your order and specify 'Phone Order' as the payment method and add your request to the customer comments section and we will contact you.
Are all of your items available for shipment?
Almost... There are a few items that are simply too large to ship economically. Our ordering system will alert you to these items that must be picked up at our retail location.
